Plunge cut a circle in backer board or other
masonry products for a precision circle or arch
with the ARCUS Masonry Blade. You will get a
clean finish using this essential tool for every
contractor that saves you time. The ARCUS
Compass Guide provides a method to allow a
circular saw  to make a perfect circle. The cutting
time is very fast once the measurements are
established. The same compass guide can be
used for the curve cutting masonry, wood and steel
cutting blade. The video shows a 30” perfect circle
plunge cut in 1/2” backer board.
Curve cut in 1/2 inch cement / backer board
This  wave curve was  cut freehand by cutting 2,
15” radii that join at the apex with a right side blade,
which works with a direct drive saw. We also make
a left side blade which works with a hypoid or
worm drive saw.  The cement /backer board cut
has a clean finish and is easy to install.  All kinds
of decorative, creative arches and geometric
designs can be cut freehand using the ARCUS
Curve Cutting Masonry Blade.
